Every product page shows the currently enabled plan, its duration and the Naira price before you add it to the cart. Checkout repeats the amount and only offers payment methods that are active at that moment, so the final charge is visible before payment.
After payment, the order page becomes the reference for the purchase. It shows the order number, payment and fulfilment status, delivery instructions where applicable, and a support handoff for orders that require manual completion. Keep that order reference available when contacting support.
SubVault also publishes its refund, privacy and service terms, and provides WhatsApp, Telegram and email support channels. Customers should review the specific product requirements, such as a username or email needed for activation, before paying.
If an order needs review, keep the order reference and use the support channel shown on the order page. SubVault does not ask customers to send passwords or one-time verification codes through public support links.
